Porthcawl Surf Club
Over the years the club has been represented by a number of top surfers including Brad Hockridge, March Schofield, Simon Tucker, Gary Lewis, Julian Gardner, Rhino Thomas, Chris Seage and the current Welsh champion Greg Owen.
The Welsh Coast Surf Club is responsible for possibly the biggest yearly social event in Porthcawl namely the Surfers Ball, which hosts a fancy dress Ball that is one wild night!
The club has hosted a number of very successful Surf Contests at Rest Bay including the Welsh Longboard Classic that was won by club members Elliot Dudley and the British Longboard Club Championships which we were placed third.
